Molten · 80 Days of Alchemy

You look fine. You're so tired of looking fine.

Molten is an 80-day spiritual challenge for people who are holding it all together on the outside and quietly coming apart on the inside. It starts New Year's Eve and ends at the spring equinox, Mar 20, the day the year actually turns over.

Sound familiar?

If you've been white-knuckling your own life

  • Your phone is the first thing you touch in the morning, and you're already behind before your feet hit the floor.
  • Everyone thinks you're fine, because you are very, very good at seeming fine.
  • You've started over so many times that "this is my year" feels like a joke you tell yourself.
  • There's a tightness in your chest or your jaw that's been there so long you think it's just how you're built.
  • You're running on coffee and other people's needs, and nobody's asking how you're doing.
  • You miss the version of you who used to feel things all the way.

If you saw yourself in even one of those, keep reading. None of it means something's wrong with you. It means you've been surviving for a long time, and your body is tired of holding the line by itself.

Molten gives you something to do about it every single day for 80 days, and none of it takes more than half an hour.

Why the equinox

You've been celebrating the wrong New Year

Every January 1st the whole world decides to become a new person, and by January 12th the whole world is eating cereal over the sink wondering what happened. Nothing is wrong with you. You tried to bloom in the dead of winter, and nothing blooms in the dead of winter.

Energetically, the new year lands at the spring equinox, when light and dark sit at equal weight for one day and then the light starts winning. The trees know this. Your body knows this. The calendar on your fridge has no clue.

Molten lives in the gap between those two new years. You start on New Year's Eve with everybody else, and instead of sprinting at a resolution you do the slow, strange, old work the alchemists did. Burn it down, wash it clean, let the light come back, and then live as the gold.

The four phases

The alchemy, in human terms

Alchemists spent centuries trying to turn lead into gold. The ones worth listening to figured out the lead was them. The process has four stages, and we give each one twenty days.

Nigredo: The Burn

Days 1 to 20 · Dec 31 to Jan 19

The blackening. Shadow work and clearing. This is where the stuff you've been stepping around for years gets dragged into the middle of the room so you can finally look at it. It's uncomfortable on purpose. January is dark anyway, so we might as well put it to work.

Albedo: The Wash

Days 21 to 40 · Jan 20 to Feb 8

After the burn comes the rinse. This phase is about cleansing and softening, and giving your nervous system time to catch up to what you just put it through. Imbolc falls on Feb 1 right in the middle, the first little stir of spring under frozen ground.

Citrinitas: The Dawn

Days 41 to 60 · Feb 9 to Feb 28

The yellowing. Your intuition starts talking louder and the oracle work goes deeper. You'll catch yourself knowing things before you have any reason to know them, which gets a little spooky in the best way.

Rubedo: The Gold

Days 61 to 80 · Mar 1 to Mar 20

The reddening, the final stage. This is embodiment, where you stop practicing being someone new and just live as the person the work made you. We close together online on the spring equinox, Mar 20, with a ceremony to mark the real new year, and you can be there from wherever you are.

The daily practice

Five things a day, every day, for 80 days

The themes and prompts shift with each phase. The daily practice stays exactly the same from Day 1 to Day 80, because repetition is how a practice gets into your bones.

  1. Ten minutes of breathwork before you touch your phone. Your nervous system gets the first word of the day before the internet does.
  2. A body check-in. Scan from your tailbone up to the top of your head and notice where energy feels stuck. Your body keeps receipts. This is where you learn to read them.
  3. One oracle pull and one written line about it. One line. Put the pen down. The card said what it said.
  4. One honest act. Something small and true you'd normally dodge, like finally saying no to the thing you only agreed to out of guilt.
  5. A nightly energy clear. About three minutes in bed with the lights off, and it changes with every phase. Fair warning, you're going to start looking forward to it.
The journal

Where all of it gets written down

Molten comes with a journal, and every one of the 80 days gets its own spread. The left page holds your practice. You check off the five, note where your body felt stuck, write your card and your one line, then come back later and write what you actually did with your honest act.

The right page is that day's journal prompt, with room to go long whenever it fits, morning or lights out. The prompts follow the phase you're in, so what you write in January sounds nothing like what you write in March. At the back there's a Reckoning log, a page for the cards that keep showing up for you, and blank pages for whatever won't fit anywhere else.

Every tier gets the journal as a PDF, with each phase's pages opening the day that phase starts. Want it in your hands? The printed edition is a 6x9 paperback dated for this cohort, $33 with shipping, added at checkout.

The Reckoning

Miss a day? You don't start over.

Plenty of challenges make you restart at Day 1 the second you slip. That works great right up until your kid gets the flu on Jan 3 and you'd rather eat your yoga mat than begin again.

Here, a missed day triggers a Reckoning. It's a short ritual where you sit down with the day you skipped and get honest about why. What pulled you off? What were you avoiding? Then you pick the thread back up and keep walking.

The skip becomes part of the work. Some of the biggest shifts in these 80 days will come out of a Reckoning, because the day you bailed usually has something to tell you.

Who it's for

Who this is for

This is for you if you've done the January reset enough times to know it doesn't stick, and you're ready for something with actual structure and a little magic in it. It's for people who love the woo and also want someone who'll tell them the truth.

If you want to be told you're perfect as you are and nothing needs to change, I love you, and this is the wrong room.

Your guide

Who's guiding you

I'm Jamie, founder of Glow and Peace on Long Island and online. I'm an Energy Alchemist, and the work I'm known for is Body to Beyond Energy Alchemy. It starts in your body and then goes bigger than your body, out into the energetic fields and layers around you. It's rooted in my Spinal Energetics 1 & 2 training in London and Munich, plus my Origin Code training. Somatic channeling runs through all of it, so every now and then a session hands me a message for you and I pass it along. I'm also a Reiki Master Teacher.

The people who find me usually look fine on the outside and feel like they're falling apart on the inside. That's who Molten is for too. And here's the part that's hard to argue with: you respond to this work whether you believe in it or not. I've watched plenty of skeptics get up off my table looking very confused about why they feel so good.

I built Molten because the body keeps showing me the same thing. People change when they practice. They stall when they wait to feel ready. So here are eighty days of practice, and a reason to keep showing up when the feeling isn't there yet.

About the breathwork

It's powerful, which is the whole point, and that also means some bodies need to take it slower. If you're pregnant or you have a heart, seizure, or respiratory condition, talk to your doctor before you start. If anything ever feels off mid-practice, drop back to slow, natural breathing. That still counts.

About the shadow work

Nigredo goes deep and it can stir up real stuff. This is a spiritual practice, and a good one, and it doesn't replace therapy. If you have a therapist, bring them what comes up. If something gets heavier than a journal can hold, please reach out to a professional you trust.

Dec 31, 2026. After that, the next chance is next year.

How much time does it take?

Ten minutes of breathwork in the morning, and the rest fits into the cracks of your day. Plan on about 20 to 30 minutes total, split between morning and night.

Do I need experience with energy work or oracle cards?

Nope. If you've never pulled a card in your life, you'll be fine. You don't even need a deck. There's an online pull waiting in your portal every morning, and if you have a deck you love, use that instead, or both.

Where does it happen?

In the Molten member portal. You make your login when you join, or during the free taster, and every daily lesson, audio and tracker lives there along with your journal PDF. Community and VIP also get the private community and the Saturday calls.

What if I miss a day?

You do a Reckoning and keep going. No starting over.

You already know how this January goes if nothing changes.

You can white-knuckle another resolution, or you can spend the next 80 days getting yourself back. Doors open Nov 1 and close Dec 31. We light the fire on New Year's Eve and walk it all the way to the equinox.
